How do we answer similarities between writing?

Hi,
I have friends who are atheists and are very aggressive regarding their beliefs. The othe day, one of them posted that the Bible is not real because they copied some of the ten commandments from the Egytpians book the dead. I want to know how to answer that question. I hace seen some similarities but want to know how to answer the question.

The natural law is written on the heart of every man and is accessible through reason. The fact that cultures around the world understood that it is immoral to kill, steal, cheat, lie, etc. does not argue against the authenticity of such moral laws but rather in their favor.

There is similarity in wordings simply because there are only so many ways in which we can say “do not murder, lie, steal, etc.”
