How do we get rid of evil spirits?

My boyfriend sees shadows and they really scare him, and one night he saw a little girl getting dragged down the hall by a man with glowing eyes telling my boyfriend to get out. It’s not the first time he’s seen this man. Everybody that comes into my apartment sees shadows but me. What can we do to get rid of this?
 
Consult with a priest. He can bless the apartment. If such activity continues to occur, he can put you in touch with your diocese for further assistance.
