How do we know these claims are true?

These visionaries of people who say they see Jesus, but they ask such things… do they contradict scripture?

Paint an image according to the pattern you see, with the signature: “Jesus, I trust in You”. I desire that this image be venerated, first in your chapel, and then throughout the world. I promise that the soul that will venerate this image will not perish.

I mean, do we have any miracles that are just praying to Jesus or God and being able to walk without the intercession of saints??

There are miracles and then there are miracles. Or different kinds. What is the greatest type?
Jesus says that we should do anything to save our souls for what good would it do for a person to have everything and die without God’s blessing? It would be all for naught. So the biggest miracle is for a person who is lost to God to have the good shepherd bring that person back into his fold of love.

And so this picture and all pictures of Jesus remind us of his intense love for us so that we will respond to him out of love. For the greatest accomplishments are done out of love.
And so this picture of him is to tell us of his great love for his by the streming rays comming from his precious loving heat for us, and to trust him with our life.

Although there are many Gospel passages indicating that it’s very difficult for many people to repent and be saved, there are also plenty which claim that it’s easy and doesn’t require us to do much at all.

So this kind of approved apparition promise (that anybody who at least venerates the picture of Christ’s divine mercy will at least be saved from Hell) is just another offer from Jesus, that if we say the minimum amount of “Yes,” he will do the maximum amount for us.

But if you’ve been reading up on Divine Mercy devotions, you can see that the picture is just a visual format of all the other messages, which say that Jesus is perfectly willing to save anyone who just asks Him, and that there is no sin He won’t forgive, and that people shouldn’t be afraid to trust Him and His love.

And all those messages are really just a repetition in a dramatic format of stuff that plenty of other people have said down the ages, and which the Gospels and the Church clearly teach.

The Good News doesn’t change; apparitions that are true just preach the same old News. Jesus finds all sorts of ways to preach to people who are hardened against normal means. The Church just tries to make sure that these things really are of God, and not lies or delusions, or some kind of trick.
