How do you celebrate a baptism that occurs during Lent?

My neice will be baptized during Lent this year and would like feedback on how the day should be celebrated in consideration of the liturgical season.
 
Private celebrations of sacramental milestones (e.g., receptions for baptisms, confirmations, weddings, holy orders) are not something the Church legislates. Your friend is free to celebrate her baptism in any manner she sees fit.
