Does your family regularly attend Mass on Sundays? Maybe you can contact the priest, explain the situation, and try to get an appointment on Sunday.
Otherwise, I would just try to explain to your parents that you like to go before Christmas and to please work with you to find a time to get you there before Christmas. Unless your mom is opposed to you going to confession for some reason, it might just take a little bit of persistence and reminders.
