The Bishop is the leader of your local Church. How do you help him is his ministry to serve and pastor all people in his diocese?

I pray for him every day. I have written to him a few times, offering advice.

Once we get settled from the bankruptcy, losing our house, moving into an apartment, and my wife finds a job, I plan to offer my services to the archdiocese as a spiritual director out of my home.

Stobie,

I grew up in Overland Park, KS. I went to St. Thomas Aquinas. Do you know Archbishop Keleher very well? Do you feel you have the qualifications to be a spiritual director (a masters’ degree counseling/psychology)? Just curious. Usually priests and religious are reccomended as being spiritual directors. Fr. Thomas Dubay speaks about this in his books.

Best wishes on the personal matters you mentioned.

I have met him a number of times and have corresponded with him.

I was trained by the Holy Spirit as a Spiritual Director.

I am religious, SFO=Secular Franciscan Order, a religious order for the laity in the Catholic Church.
