How do you know when it's time to leave an employer/job?

The things that I think of are…I make a great living, financially. I have a pension, and not many companies provide this anymore. I have a pretty healthy 401k started now. I have great hours, and I’m there for my kids every evening, and weekend…My dh is home during the week on two days, and I’m able to pick her up from school now, which she is happy about. So, when you start weighing your own ‘feelings’ with these other heftier items, it all sort of washes out. Maybe I want it all.
