I hate when I read a whole book mispronouncing character names in my head. Save me that fate on these forums. How do you pronounce your usernames?

The letter Z. Do not say it as “zed” but “zee”. It’s sort of like someone trying to say “the” but being unable to make the “th” sound and putting a long “e” on the end.

“Mysti” should be pronounced like in “mystic”.

“Cat” is straightforward.

Contrary to popular opinion, the “Mysti” part is not an alternative spelling for the name “Misty”. Combined with “Cat”, it basically makes the first part of the portmanteau for “Mystic Cat”.

Combined, it’s “The Mystic Cat”, shortened to “ZMystiCat” for a more playful way of spelling it.
