How do you truly repent from mortal sin?

I was deflowered by a family member and that lead me to the mortal sin of masturbation and i really want to repent, truly and fully, especially since as a teenage person I want to become a more religious Catholic.

Also I am ready to forgive this family member for the things he did but at the same time Its hard for me, what should I do?

You go to confession.

HOWEVER: you were apparently molested by a family member. You need to seek treatment and counseling for that. If what you’re saying is true, you’ve been through a terrible trauma.
 
I am so sorry for what you have suffered.
Have the police been involved and prosecuted this person.
Are you seeking medical health professionals to help you deal with this trauma and criminal act against you?

Anyone suggestion you are in any way responsible for what happened is out of line. It is also likely your subsequent action is not mortal sin. Three requirements need to be met for a mortal sin to take place.
Please speak with your priest about that.

And if not receiving help to deal with the trauma , seek it perhaps through school counseling services.
