How does a Catholic profess and witness for their faith?

The following is a post that a Lutheran ‘friend’ of mine posted. (They think they have it ‘made’ if they have Jesus as their Savior);
“I believe in Jesus Christ & have accepted him as my personal Saviour. I heard that a facebooker has challenged all believers to put this on their wall. In the Bible it says, if you deny me in front of your peers, I will deny you in front of my father, at the Gates of Heaven. Simple. If you love God & you aren’t afraid to say it, repost this.”

Is there anything I could put on my post to put this to the test?
