I can understand the manna, that would be his flesh.

I understand that the stone tablets reflect the law which Christ full fills especially in the Gospel according to Mathew

Is the Aaron’s rod fulfilled with Christ the king priest?

if so, does this strengthen the idea of Mary Ark of the covenant now.

Yes. Jesus is the eternal word, the bread of life come down from heaven and the Eternal High Priest/King of Kings.
 
Any comment from the CCC about Mary or Early church Fathers discussing the Ark of the new coventant?
 
I’m sure that any article by our hosts has several references to all of the above.
