How does adoration benefit you?

For me, it is an opportunity to sit quietly and let Jesus love on me.

It’s when I can spend time with Jesus and pray the Rosary to experience his suffering in the mysteries. I also examine my own soul and rid myself of ingratitude.
 
I’ve just gone to Adoration but the chapel was full! Nowhere to sit so I’m on my way home 😦.
I’m gonna have to plan this better on Friday…
 
Yeah it is good - there’s definitely been a lot more people recently.
Ill have to work out which the quieter days are!
