How does being a proper church affect salvation?

Please, Correct me if I am wrong.

The orthodox and the armenians, copts are proper churches because they have kept the apostolic succession and the sacraments.

The protestants arent because they havent.

How does being a proper church orthodox, or oriental affect salvation? In comparison to a protestant church, and in comparison to the catholic church.

The orthodox dont need to convert to be saved?

There is only one Church, properly speaking. Christ did not establish competing systems of truth. That being said, being Catholic does not guarantee salvation, but all other things being equal, one has a better chance at salvation if one has access to the fullness of truth and the abundance of graces found in the Church Christ established. But even those with access to those benefits are still free to reject them.
