The Holy Spirit never said anything about Mary being our mother. Actually, He already gave that role and position to someone else:
I think the context of 1st Peter helps here…
[1] Likewise you wives, be submissive to your husbands, so that some, though they do not obey the word, may be won without a word by the behavior of their wives,
[2] when they see your reverent and chaste behavior.
[3] Let not yours be the outward adorning with braiding of hair, decoration of gold, and wearing of fine clothing,
[4] but let it be the hidden person of the heart with the imperishable jewel of a gentle and quiet spirit, which in God’s sight is very precious.
[5] So once the holy women who hoped in God used to adorn themselves and were submissive to their husbands,
[6] as Sarah obeyed Abraham, calling him lord. And you are now her children if you do right and let nothing terrify you.
[7] Likewise you husbands, live considerately with your wives, bestowing honor on the woman as the weaker sex, since you are joint heirs of the grace of life, in order that your prayers may not be hindered.
And with respect to the passage from Galatians 4…[22] For it is written that Abraham had two sons, one by a slave and one by a free woman.
[23] But the son of the slave was born according to the flesh, the son of the free woman through promise.
[24] Now this is an allegory: these women are two covenants. One is from Mount Sinai, bearing children for slavery; she is Hagar.
[25] Now Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia; she corresponds to the present Jerusalem, for she is in slavery with her children.
[26] But the Jerusalem above is free, and she is our mother.
[27] For it is written, “Rejoice, O barren one who does not bear;
break forth and shout, you who are not in travail;
for the children of the desolate one are many more
than the children of her that is married.”
[28] Now we, brethren, like Isaac, are children of promise.
[29] But as at that time he who was born according to the flesh persecuted him who was born according to the Spirit, so it is now.
[30] But what does the scripture say? “Cast out the slave and her son; for the son of the slave shall not inherit with the son of the free woman.”
[31] So, brethren, we are not children of the slave but of the free woman.
Like I said…scripture doesn’t support you, especially when taken in context.
Now back to Mary in Genesis 3:15 and the Assumption.
