I’ve been a Catholic all my life but I must confess that I have neglected God for way to long. Not that I was some “super” sinner but rather I took Him for granted and did not speak with Him like I should have. I am pleased to say that this past year I have returned to the fold, so to speak. That said…
In my readings I have seen the phrase “Glorify God”… so, and please forgive the ignorant one here, how do “we” glorify God and His Son?

First and foremost, actively participate at Mass.
Second, obey His commandments

One definition of “to glorify God” is to give (or rather, redirect) glory to Him that is given to you. Since we are but stewards of the talents which God has given us, when we are praised or otherwise honored for what we have done or said, give the glory to God. We can do this even when we are suffering for Christ’s sake (cf. 1 Pet. 4:15-16).

Another meaning is that we honor God in all that we do: striving to live virtuous lives. As St. Paul wrote, “Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, which you have from God? You are not your own; you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.” (1 Cor. 6:19-20)

And yet another meaning is that, by what happens in our lives (not necessarily done by us, but possibly to us) others will recognize the awesome majesty of God and praise Him for it (cf. Ps. 50:14-15; Matt. 5:16).

Attend Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and meditate on Isaiah’s vision of the angels in the presence of God crying, “Holy, Holy, Holy, Lord God of Hosts! The whole earth is full of his glory!”

“The glory of God is man fully alive” -Saint Ireneaus

Meditate on that and live it out. Fully alive. We are not fully alive when we are distant from God and dragged down by sin. We become fully alive as we become saints.

All interesting answers. Thank you all; I will put into practice what you have said.
