How does one learn Ecclesiastical Latin?

How does one learn Ecclesiastical Latin? Any good books for beginners?

We used the following books when I took Latin:

A Primer of Ecclesiastical Latin, John E Collins CUA Press, 1991
An Answer Key to A Primer of Ecclesiastical Latin, John R Dunlap, CUA Press, 2006
English Grammar for Students of Latin, Norma Goldman, The Olivia an Hill Press, 2004
Barron’s 501 Latin Verbs, 2008
Collins Latin Cocise Dictionary, 1997

Depending upon your finances, I’d start with at least the first two.

As far as I know the only difference between Ecclesiastical and Classical is pronunciation… v’s are 'w’s in classical, but 'v’s in Eccl.

Also, here’s the textbook my school uses in the second year of our mandatory Latin instruction… the first few chapters are a good overview of the basics.
