How does salvation happen?

Do you mean like being drawn by the Holy Spirit or the human response to it or the technical details ? Like I was unchurched and uninterested in God. One day a young lady gave me a little gospel booklet and I read the verses(one was John 3:16). I could sense a longing/void was being touched and felt drawn to lean more. I was invited to a gospel meeting and heard more…When he was done I went fwd and committed my life to Christ. That Friday of Aug.73 was a powerful experience.I literally felt weight lifted from my shoulders.I went home in awe and for hours laughed and cried. I felt washed and covered in love. Words could not fully describe it…About two years later I had a powerful encounter with the Holy Spirit that set my faith on fire even to this day. Gave me boldness to share the message of Christ’s plan of salvation to others.

Do you see Baptism and the Lord’s Supper as a part of salvation?

Sure, they are part of it. I was sharing how it started with me…It was a powerful experience…About a year after that experience I was water baptized in a farm pond.I had some incredible answers to prayer and intervention of God over my life enough to write a small book…God bless…

You quote the New Testament. Do you know that the NT consists of 27 of the Catholic Church’s own writings? And that the Church is about 350 years older than the Bible, which she compiled and named? Have you studied the history of Christianity and the Bible?
