How does the Vatican verify Eucharistic miracles?

I know there have been a variety of Eucharistic miracles in the 2000’s have they DNA tested them? Do they have atheistic scientists investigate as well? How thoroughly are the cases examined?

I should clarify I know they tested the blood types but dna specifically I couldn’t find any info on.
 
Furthermore, if it’s Jesus’s DNA and tissue, perhaps there’s medical breakthroughs possible? What secrets could we unlock by running his genome?

All of this would be done ethically of course!
