How is official church doctrine defined and where can it all be found?

Where can I find all official church doctrine? I feel like different places teach different things, where can I find the church’s official teachings?

Denziger’s Enchiridion Symbolorum

Angelus Press has the 1957 edition:

Sources Of Catholic Dogma

Source book on authentic Catholic dogma that carries the full weight of the Magisterium of the Church while at the same time both practical and handily accessible to clergy and laity alike.

Ignatius Press has the latest edition (through BXVI) but even on sale it’s more expensive.

So it’s six of one and half a dozen of the other.

Another good source (again much cheaper but it only goes to Pius XII) is The Church Teaches from TAN Books:

That’s what I thought it’s just confusing since so many sources conflict
