The purification experienced in Purgatory cannot be related to time (days, weeks, months, years, etc.) because Purgatory exists outside of time. We donāt spend ātimeā in Purgatory, rather we undergo purification for our sins. The experience of that purification would depend upon our sins and our penance throughout our life.
