If a person was married for 6 years then divorced and got an annulment. Then got married again for 21/2 years and his wife divorced him, can he get another annulment?
A Catholic can receive as many annulments as they have invalid marriages. An annulment recognizes that an essential element of marriage was missing. In an annulment the Church is not dissolving a marriage, it is recognizing that it was never valid.
