The Catechism provides a wonderful article about the 4 marks of the Church (One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic).
The first part of that article, The Church is One, may be of interest. It begins at para 813 and continues through para 822. You can read the entire article here: Catechism of the Catholic Church - PART 1 SECTION 2 CHAPTER 3 ARTICLE 9 PARAGRAPH 3
People use adjectives to describe themselves with others who have similar tastes, but, those are not official terms. Same way I might introduce myself as a blue-haired old lady. That does not mean my hair color defines me, it simply helps to identify me in a crowd.

Here’s some more types of Catholics that I’m aware of:
Apologist Catholics ~ These are Catholics who practice the art of apologizing for being Catholic.
Back Row Catholics ~ The Catholics come to mass early and sit in the back, so the sinners who come late have to sit in front.
C&E Catholics ~ Not Church of England, you only see these Catholics at mass on Christmas and Easter.
Cradle Catholics ~ Catholics who need need to get out of the cradle.
Closet Catholics ~ These aren’t really Catholics, but you might find a prayer card in their purse.
Cookie Cutter Catholics ~ These Catholics are supposedly all the same. I don’t know any Cookie Cutter Catholics.
Convert Catholics ~ Those Catholics who can’t seem to shut up.
And I’m just up to the 'C’s.
