Or is this deliberately segregated? Like a leper colony? A weirdo’s subforum?
Like for people who only like obvious humour?
Ok I’m being funny now please laugh. Never laugh when I am serious. I will indicate when I am trying to be funny.
Humour and seriousness should always be compartmentalised. They never intersect. there is a time for humour and there is a time for being doodley serious.
Otherwise I will confuse poor souls and they will feel dumb because they didn’t get the joke. We need to respect their feelings. The ones who don’t get it.
 
It’s one of the first places I look after the threads I am following. There is a place for humor on this site. I get your humor. Others can be too serious. (I am thinking of your “Live today like it’s your last day” thread.)

You and the Colonel should have a joint thread sometime. 😉

I agree. I respect his droll style. We need more old “rebels” too. It gets too boring if we are just regurgitating the rules from Rome and wrist slapping wrongdoers.
 
I read it! It’s a break from the serious stuff and good for a few laughs. I also think it serves to remind us that we’re all human.
 
I’ve been lucky enough to have not run into those yet. But I’ll keep my eyes peeled! 😉
