How many siblings did you have growing up?

I’m the second of five siblings, four boys, one girl. My mom did have one miscarriage–a girl–so there should have been six of us. I put her in the family tree though.
 
I have an identical twin sister. My sister is my best friend. we always wished for more siblings!

I have been doing my family tree. My mom had a brother that died as a toddler, my father had a sister that died after just days. With both of my parents dead, no one seems to know anything about these children. 🤷

I’m glad you are keeping the information available to future generations.

Well, it was a near thing. My mother never mentioned it to the kids when it happened. We never knew about it, but I’m sure it greatly affected her. She later told my sister about it, something like, “well, you have all brothers, but you should have had one sister…” And she was given a name. I found out much later from my sister. Then my brother discovered there was an actual obituary “infant daughter of…” So I’m glad I’ve got the information now.

I really enjoyed growing up with four brothers and one sister, who was badly outnumbered.
 
Youngest of 7 married to the youngest of 8 and we have 6.

My sibs - 3 girls, 1 boy, 3 girls
His - 3 boys, 2 girls, 3 boys
Ours - 2 girls, 3 boys, 1 girl
 
From a family of eight. We were sort of medium-large for the area; there were families with ten, eleven, and twelve, and even a few with sixteen, but also families with between two and five kids. There were all sizes!
