No, the Bible does not tell us how many or what percentage will be saved. The only reference to such things is when Jesus talks about few who are saved and many who are lost (Matthew 7:13-14). However, even this does not give us an accurate number or percentage because Jesus tells us that God is Father. To a loving Father if all but one of his children are found that means too few are found and too many are lost (Matthew 18:12).
