Is a Sententia certa infallible?
According to Dr. Ludwig Ott a doctrine graded sententia certa is one that: ‘The Authority of the Church has not yet finally pronounced, but whose truth is guaranteed by its intrinsic connection with the doctrine of revelation’. ( ‘Fundamentals of Catholic Dogma’).

Ott cites several such doctrines, for example, that with Christ and the Apostles general revelation was concluded. He refers to Pope Pius X’s rejection of the 'liberal Protestant and Modernistic doctrine of the evolution of religion through “New Revelation”. (Denzinger 2021).

I hope this helps.

Given the fact that this doctrine is to be believed by all the faithful as infallible, there can be no doubt that Sententiae certae are to be considered infallible.

Such doctrines have yet to be formally defined. Nevertheless, I would expect a Catholic to regard them as true, and to act accordingly. Concerning Mary, for example, there is the dogma - ‘senta certa’ - that being the ‘Mother of God (she) is entitled to the Cult of Hyperdulia’ (‘Fundamentals of Catholic Dogma’). As you know, in practice, this form of special veneration is what she is, indeed, given.
