How “Perfect” was Jesus?

What I mean is, Did he ever make mistakes?

I may forget where I put my keys from time to time. Did He ever do anything like that? (obviously he did not have keys)

I’m sure this is going to come down to his Humanly form and is Divine form.

you could make a case that dying for our sins was a mistake… nah… being perfect is why he gave complete and total love to us all… thank God/Jesus, for his sacrifice…

to answer your question was he truly human… to say no would be heresy…

In the sense of sinning, no.

In the sense of not being perfect while learning an activity, such as walking, yes.

In the sense of not performing all tasks perfectly, yes, remember he fell carrying the cross.

You ever wonder that while as a Carpenter, Jesus ever hit his thumb with a hammer and called out his own name in frustration?

But seriously…I often wonder stuff like that as well… did Mary have to remind him to take an extra robe? Did he get an upset stomach from eating bad fish, olives etc? Did the Lord actually have to “go into the privy”? like other men? Sounds weird, but I do wonder about that stuff now and then…if he was like MAN in all things except sin, did he have the effects of a morning erection…which as MEN, we have NO THOUGHTS of sex on our minds…its a purely biological function…dont mean to be blasphemous, but yeah, I have wondered from time to time…never dwelled on it…but I bet many have thought these things, and never mentioned them…til now…

Yes, Jesus was a normal human male so he had all the same needs and bodily functions as any other man.

You are not the first person I have read who has asked about Jesus having erections and that sort of thing. Why in the world should it matter if he did or not, though? You yourself pointed out that such things are normal for men. Why should it be shocking to think that Jesus did too?

And as to going to the loo, he’d have died as an infant if he had never soiled his dippers. This is part of the “scandal” of Christ’s humanity for some people, which is why some want to spiritualize him into an angelic creature instead of what he was: true man and true God in one person.
