How should we handle a teenager who refuses to go to Confession?

My teenage son says that he feels he doesn’t have to go to confession because he doesn’t feel sorry for anything he has done and that I can’t make him go because it is a sin to confess something that you are not sorry for.

My son is a good kid, honor roll in high school, babysits his siblings and goes to church but I know he’s not free of sin so what should I do?
