How specific a person should be in confession?

In confession looking at girl with lust by looking at a specific part of her body, how should a person confess the sin?

Is saying “I looked at a woman with lust” enough?
 
“I looked at a woman with lust" seems to me to be enough but then I am not a priest. Don’t mention other people’s names during confession. It is about your sins and not the other person’s, that is their responsibility.
