Help! How can I know if I am saved?

If you have scruples, you need to make an appointment with your pastor for regular spiritual direction and help with scruples.

You should also seek out counseling from a mental health professional for any accompanying symptoms of anxiety, OCD, compulsive behaviors, or intrusive thoughts if you have them.

This is not something that these forums can assist with. You need help from someone locally, and it will be ongoing help.
 
@SanctaSchola You asked how you can know if you’re saved. No one knows until they stand before the judgment seat of Jesus Christ. This is no reason to be afraid though. Like the words of the prayer, “though I fear all things from my own weakness, I hope all things from Thy goodness, O Lord!” Hope in God and love Him because He is Goodness and everything He does is good.

Um, guys… Telling someone with scruples that “Nobody knows” is as helpful as talking about weight loss to an anorexic.

Point people with the condition of scruples to scruples resources and to their priest.
