How to find a Traditional Latin Mass Missal

I am trying to find an easy to follow Traditional Latin Mass Missal, some suggest the 1948 Missal, some the 1962 Missal, where to buy and how much can I expect to pay for it?
 
eBay usually has some used 1962 Missals nthat are for Sunday. Do a search here and you can find some more links.

Word of caution: Angelus Press has some connection with
SSPX. Before someone gets bent out of shape though, the priest
at my Indult Parish who is a member of FSSP (Priestly Fraternity of Saint Peter - an scoiety created by JP II) recommended them as a good source for a missal.
 
Thank you for the info on Angeluspress, It sounds like what I have been looking for, it is expensive but I feel it will be worth it, as I am just returning to the TLM, I had forgotten how beautiful and meaningful the Mass and Missal could be. I was given an old Missal in bad repair to help me get started, now I am hooked. This new edition has an updated calender to 2050, long after I will need it.
 
There’s the Angelus Press missal, which has been mentioned, but I would recommend the new daily missal from Baronius Press (baroniuspress.com/). It has an imprimatur and based on their Douai-Rheims Bible, I expect it to be extremely high quality.

I really don’t know. I would keep an eye on allcatholicbooks.com. They had a very good pre-sale price for the Angelus missal, and wouldn’t be surprised if they did something similar for the Baronius missal. I know they sell Baronius’ Douai Bible.

Has anyone had an opportunity to do a side by side comparison between the angelus press and baronius versions of the Missal? How about the Bible? Differences in quality / features ??
 
I am just getting back to the TLM and I need help finding where we are in the Lit. calender, and especially for daily Mass, and esp. where to find the epistle & Gospel readings. Start me with Sunday 1/9/05. Thank you!

Is the sunday of septuagesima. This is one of the three preparatory sundays for Lent. Originally it was the celebration of exactly 70 days before easter, but now is one of the three sundays before Ash Wednesday. In the New Mass there is no equivalent. Purple vestments are used from today until Holy Saturday.
 
1/9/05 is HOLY FAMILY
1/16/04 is 2ND SUNDAY AFTER EPIPHANY

according to my FSSP wall callendar.

I have an older Marian Missal which is idetical to the 62 missal and it has the daily readings with corresponding Saints. I will get the new Angules Missal when it comes out though my missal is good and I have the table of movable feasts.
I have my families old missals but they are to fragile to use for Church now.

Thank you for that website, I thought I had found the readings but was not sure as the priest speaks with an accent so I could not understand him, this site will help me until I figure this all out. They only have todays readings, I will get on tomorrow before Mass so I can be prepared.

Allcatholicbooks.com is carrying the Angelus Press 1962 Missal that releases on January 15, 2004 for $41.99 which is a considerable savings over Angel Press list price of $59.95
 
vfa, check your private messages, I sent you a bit on the various choices. I picked up a 1962 st. joesph’s missal for 10 bucks plus 2.31 shpiing on ebay. It is in near mint condition. It only has english in it, except for the mass. I ordered a angeluspress missal before Christmas. It was like 36 or 37 dollars or something then, but they rip you 8 dollars for shipping and “handling.”
 
one more thing, the angelus press book has both the latin and english for pretty much everything, so I am lead to believe. This will help out.
