How to get married by the Pope?

It’d be rare to get married by the Pope. I’m sure he reserves that privilege for special circumstances.

That being said, my marriage has a Papal Blessing.

After we were married, our priest/friend had a friend going to Rome. He gave his friend our marriage certificate and he had an audience with Pope Paul VI and the Pope blessed it. They even put the Pope’s seal of the blessing on it.

So, its probably the most you should hope and pray for, but then if God wants you to be married by the Pope, it will happen.

You can get a Papal Blessing Parchment.

I think moving to Rome and formally becoming a member of the Cathedral he presides over would work.
