How to handle non Christians on bible study?

My girl is a non catholic. Believe jesus is not god. I ask her for a bible study to share the meaning of easter sunday. Good atart to explain the church Jesus stablish. But all went wrong when she say she is sensitive with these type of talks. And ask for an apologist , priest ro explain it for me. I have a scott hanh book. But she said she dont like it. For its not the bible. And it went bad from there. When i ask how can we say that the bible is the only suffiecient source for a bible study as the book of scott is my guide.
