How to join a purgatorial society?

I’ve done some research on purgatorial societies and I notice that they are slowly making a comeback. I see some purgatorial societies like the St. Gregory Society and the New York Purgatorial Society and its awe inspiring to someone who has a deep love for the souls in purgatory. I was wondering if its easy to formally ‘join’ one.
