I really think regular Mass and Communion, daily if possible, is a big help.

Love the Lord our God above all things and love our neighbor as ourselves.

Let your light so shine before men that they see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven

A small Crucifix on the table helps me, to look at and talk to every now and then.

Start the day with prayer, pause at the three o clock hour, end the day with prayer.

Mass if possible (Most Important)

Daily readings
Devotions (Rosary, Chaplet of Divine Mercy, Angelus)
Liturgy of the Hours

You don’t have to do all at once. Try a few and see what works for you.

At the very least, you need to be talking to Him every day (prayer)
