Someone in response to one of my threads linked to a site with these exact same questions. Since it had been about 6 years or so since my last confession, this was a great guide to really help me delve deep as to where I have sinned and to recognize sin where I may not have realized it.

This is a very good and helpful guide. One should use it. 🙂
 
Oh, good…glad you could find some benefit in it.

I actually turn to it sometimes, still, when I go to confession, and I typically try to go to confession every 3 or 4 weeks…I don’t believe that I have grave sins on my soul most times, but still…confession regularly keeps our consciences sharp and alert…I want my conscience to be like a ‘mouse trap’ of sorts for sin. There a lot to take in in this list, but it’s better to confess if we feel we are falling down in a particular area, than not.
