How to seek for help if its not pure purity?

I have found an internet forum about self abuse addiction and sex addiction. They fight with it, motivate, have some information about the mechanism of addiction etc.
But the case is whether I should seek for that. Because not everybody wants to stay pure in catholic way. I cant explain better. Its neutral forum albeit there is something about faith.
And like going to therapist. He may not be catholic and should I do that?
 
Oh I want to apologise for this post as it may contain some infos that might show somebody in a bad light. I know that they are people too and I have respect for them but just saying that somebody may not be catholic.
 
This is probably more me than it is you, but I’m having a hard time following.
 
go to the sacraments,instead try to lead a holy life and read the Scriptures
 
I dont know whether I should think about the secular help. They are people too but I am afraid that its just lack of faith and that I am telling myself ridiculous stories about my mental state

what good can you expect from secular advice nothing,expect worldly advice Matthew 7:16 You will know them by their fruits. Are grapes gathered from thorns, or figs from thistles? 17 So, every sound tree bears good fruit, but the bad tree bears evil fruit. 18 A sound tree cannot bear evil fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Thus you will know them by their fruits.

Do you have a spiritual Director Father a Priest or a nun who has the grace of counselling, in you parish or try going to a closed retreat ,

How to seek for help if its not pure purity?

o for Mass regular and honest weekly confession ,adoration, Pray and read the bible ,life of saints and pray the Rosary ,and the Catechism of the Catholic Church
