I am pacing up and down due to my treatment.

Now my family is extremely angry and up in arms with my behavior. I really don’t see light at the end of this tunnel.

Night time here ,but I’ll say a prayer for you now and remember you in mass tomorrow…God bless.

Go back to your physician and tell him of the negative effects of the meds. Perhaps take a family member with you to your appointment so they can understand it’s out of your control.
Praying for complete healing for you.

Pacing may help in releasing anxiety and unwelcomed thoughts and energy. Do as PC has suggested. It may help if you go for a walk even if it is cold. Pacing is something my brother used to do all night long. We can make suggestion, but we don’t know the underlying cause of pacing. Peace.

I am a little unclear as to what you mean when you say treatment. Do you mean your family’s treatment of you? If that is the case, and they are angry at you, perhaps their anger is justified?

The light at the end of the tunnel will come only after your family can trust you again. Until that time, you need to work on changing your way of behaving, or reacting, or speaking, whatever the case may be in relation to your family.

I don’t know how old you are, whether you live with your parents or not, or what behavior you are exhibiting, but clearly, it is affecting your family. Begin with yourself because you are the only person you can change. Be honest with yourself and look within.
