How to teach the Gift of Counsel?

Please give me some advice on how best to teach girls from grades K to 5th grade on the Gift of Counsel? I must include St. Catherine of Siena in it. I await your reply. I found a lot on the Gift, but I am trying to use language they will understand. This is for the group, Little Flower, it is like the Brownies or Girls Scout, but Catholic. Thanks.😉
