What if you can’t remember on judgement day (ie Parkensons/Alzheimer’s)
 
I’m confused about what you mean. Obvioulsly, God will remember whether you do or not.
 
I would assume that all the resurrected and the “changed” (those who are alive at the time) will have their mental faculties fully restored for the Judgment.
