How would you amend the constitution?

I have to write a paper about one thing I would change/amend in the constitution. I’ve read through the constitution and have taken notes and done a little research about what I’m interested in amending, but I’m still unsure.
I’m not super involved with government or keeping up with what’s happening when, so I’d like to see your opinions on my two ideas and/or something you’d like amended in the constitution and why.

The two ‘amendments’ I’m most interested in proposing is ending life-long terms on the Supreme Court (including SC Justice), and putting a 20 year limit on how long you can serve on the Supreme Court. The other idea I’m considering proposing is ending foreign aid and putting that money towards US education and/or welfare programs.

I’ve looked more into foreign aid, and it seems like we don’t spend a great deal on it (I think it takes up like 1% of the budget), so I’m a little reluctant about proposing that idea. But it also doesn’t say anything about foreign aid, only that it collects taxes for ‘general welfare of the United States’. Also thinking of proposing adding restrictions to Article 1 section 8 regarding amount of taxes collected (it doesn’t say anything about limiting taxes).

Let me what you think!

The constitution is based upon 2 bad ideas:
  1. The Majority is always right. [Slavery 200AD and Abortion in California 2020AD]
  2. Compromise is the best solution. [Slavery 200AD and Abortion in California 2020AD]
We can’t escape these two problems.
is ending foreign aid and putting that money towards US education and/or welfare programs.
I think the first part of that will be done and the second part will not be done by the government.

All you need is one amendment to radically fix this broken America. Recognize that life begins at conception. This will destroy the child-murder industry and will help people understand the consequences of their decisions. If a baby is made due to their fornication, than they have to own up to it by either raising the child or giving up their parental rights and giving it up for adoption. Why go through all that hassle when you can just keep it in your pants and just wait for the person you are going to marry.

If it were in my power to amend the Constitution, I too would set the beginning of legal personhood at conception.

This would clear up a lot of legal issues including abortion and when someone can get a second count of manslaughter or murder for killing a pregnant woman and her unborn baby. I just read the other day an article referring to the killing of the baby as “feticide” rather than “homicide” which from a legal perspective I thought was asinine.

We are supposed to protect human rights in USA and currently the unborn have the least rights of anyone. They should be a huge protected class, instead their mothers are allowed to kill them at will until they reach a certain “age”, and their fathers don’t even get a say.

along w/ the personhood changes mentioned above,

there should be something in the Constitution about how, whether you “deliberately” did so or not, you are guilty of treason if you give classified info to other countries

esp if you destroy the evidence of such
