BTW, I would always worry about thinking that we are good enough for Our Lord. We can never be good enough! Like I said, God does not love us for who we are. He loves us despite who we are.
This thread makes me think about how St. Francis caste off all his clothes, in public no less, to be free of commitment to anyone and to go and serve the Lord.
