Hymns or chants for baritones?

I’m taking vocal lessons before going to seminary, and my tutor told me to select a song to work on this semester. I’m considering some non-sacred music as well, but I’d be very interested in working on a chant or hymn within my vocal range. I’ve been trying to find some within my vocal range, but haven’t found anything to my taste (or it is in my taste, but all of the singers are female and I can’t figure how it would sound if I did it). Any recommendations would be appreciated.
 
Also try the Pentecost Sequence. Gorgeous.

Get a copy of the book
By Flowing Waters. It’s full of various chants for the entire year.
