Hypothetical: Sterilization and Marriage

Firstly, I am NOT in a relationship and therefore not in this situation. I’m just curious and can’t seem to find an answer in the forums.

If two Catholics (neither of which have children) wish to marry but one of them has been permanently sterilized (i.e. man has had a vascetomy or a woman a tubal ligation, a.k.a. tubes tied), can they still marry in the Catholic Church?

I already know contraception and direct sterilization are mortal sins.

Canon 1084 §3. Sterility neither prohibits nor nullifies marriage, without prejudice to the prescript of ⇒ can. 1098.

Can. 1098 A person contracts invalidly who enters into a marriage deceived by malice, perpetrated to obtain consent, concerning some quality of the other partner which by its very nature can gravely disturb the partnership of conjugal life

If the sterilized person withheld that information from the other person, then there could be grounds for nullity (Can 10898) but sterility itself is not an impediment;
