How can I inspire my students to become a good Christians and follow Jesus Christ footstep?
 
I don’t believe there is a standard formula, except I think I remember Fr. Corapi saying that all catechesis must be Christ-centered. Simple … and hard, all at the same time.

Stories of the saints 🙂 Also, have them read the Catechism, Church documents, Bible, and writings of the Church Fathers. Have a Crucifix and Icons in the room. Have the class say a prayer before class starts, and lead them in the prayer. Also, either Mass, or Benediction, or visiting the Eucharist in the Tabernacle (or in the Chapel) is very good to the soul.
 
The more faith in and love for God we have, the more contagious it is for others.

teach the truth and nothing but the truth in your class
live your life as a good Christian man, husband and father if that is your vocation, godly single man if not.
