I am going through temptation of doubt and unbelief. What should I do about it? I feel it me against the word, yet I know without a doubt God is with me.

When you say you have doubt against the word, do you mean that you don’t believe the Bible ?

I wasn’t that I had doubts of God but the presence of God; the fact God is with me.

Perhaps you are confusing feeling with faith.
If God says " I Am with you" then you can believe Him
You can also have short quiet conversations with Him during a busy day, or even just repeat His Name.

How do I have conversations then? call out his name. I wish to know if I was talking to God.

Well. it depends if you’re having a busy day at work, or if you’re at home with a little time to spare, or if you’re in a Catholic Church and you visit Jesus in the Tabernacle.
At home or at Church you have more opportunity to speak to Jesus as you would to a friend., tell Him how you’re getting on, what you’re dealing with at the moment, ask for any help with any challenges you’re facing. And don’t forget to praise God for His goodness, and thank Him for His many blessings.
Do you ever read the Psalms ? There are lovely psalms of praise and thanksgiving. In fact there are psalms for almost every occasion

“Jesus in the Tabernacle” . like praying in the church staring from the pew?

We Catholics believe that Jesus is present in the Tabernacle. What do you believe ?

are you talking about communion table, then I would understand. I believe that Christ is in the communion, Blood and flesh of Christ. I also am reading the scriptures and thinking, the Catholics are biblical in their practices; even in indulgences. they are more like a medicine for mortal sins to me.

Just like in the Old Testament there was the Bread of Presence in the Temple
Now, we refer to the ’ Real Presence’ of Jesus . the consecrated bread and wine which has become ’ the Body, Blood Soul and Divinity of Jesus during the Mass. At all other times the Real Presence of Jesus is reserved in the Tabernacle. Unfortunately many churches have to be kept locked so its not always possible just to walk in anytime .
