I am TERRIFIED of the end time tribulations! Please help!

I cant stop being completely terrified of the end of time tribulations. I know that there will be a safe place for us to go, but I dont know where and im on the verge of tears reading so many conflicting theories as where to go. I am so scared for my friends, family, and myself. PLEASE HELP ME I AM IS DESPERATE NEED OF ANSWERS!
 
No one knows except the Father, When this will occur. It’s been approx 2000 years so far.

Probably be a very long time till

I think you need to ask yourself why most are not terrified,why they don’t have a sense of panic.

The "End Times’ are always ‘with us’ in the form of changing times, cultures, economics, wars and “Romers of Wars.” Survivalist and cults and even some ‘mainstream’ religions do a number in a society rampant with easily influenced people that are really victims of our hyped up concept of end times. If you or I or anyone are leading a good, decent and moral lives then don’t let your fear overtake you. Simply carry on as The Lord has directed all of us to do.
Remember the Lord said as long as there were 10 good men)O.T.-Lot) He would not destroy the earth and He kept His Word. There are plenty of good men(people)left in this world so don’t worry over something that we sould pray for; friends, family, our own selves and for all those in need. I guess I have not expressed myself well, but it is 3:18 in the morning. I’m going to bed and let The Lord and all His Angels take care of everything. Peace.
 
Don’t worry. Our time on earth is limited. Live each day, one day at a time.

We all have our own end time. Pray to St. Faustina and pray the Devine Mercy. God loves you.

This might be the source of your problem. There is an awful lot written and said, and a lot of it is overly sensational, dramatic, and superstitious. I suggest that you avoid seeking out and dwelling on those many conflicting theories.

Jesus tells us that in the end times there will be great hope. Here is a Bible passage which I find very comforting:
“But when these signs begin to happen, stand erect and raise your heads because your redemption is at hand.” (Luke 21:28)

The Lord has given you (and will at that time give you) faith, hope, and love to carry you through. Be not afraid.

If you think that time is short then act upon what you think and pray more often, give more charity.
Fear of God is the root of wisdom.
 
We just started Jeff Cavins’ Bible Study on Revelation. So far, it’s very interesting. I’d suggest trying to find a local study. His understanding is quite different than protestant and books such as the Left Behind Series.
 
The End Times unfolds slowly, over a long period of time, and the very worst of the sufferings are in the very distant future. A common Catholic opinion on this subject is that the tribulation is divided into a lesser tribulation, which happens first, and a greater tribulation, which happens much later. Since the tribulation has not begun, what is ahead is the “lesser” tribulation. The very worst sufferings are for a future generation.
