I was in the bookstore today and one of the books I was checking out was Captivating by John and Stasi Eldridge. I have read Wild at Heart and very much enjoyed it and was surprised/impressed by his quotations of Catholic authors as well as his reference to St. Joseph as a model for men. I have heard mixed things about the reputability of this book and I was just wondering if anyone had any thoughts on how it measured up with Catholic Church teachings. Any comments or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for you thoughts and help.
