I discovered a dumb mistake I made at work

Please pray for two things for me:
  1. That there will be no negative long-term consequences for me or anybody else as a result of this careless mistake.
  2. That I will NOT make such a careless blundering error in the future.
I don’t believe that it’s a terminable offense; my own supervisor returns to work this week and will be informed tomorrow. I am waiting for the other shoe to drop. He is usually pretty understanding, but this is professionally embarrassing to me.

I ask your prayers for minimal damages to me and everyone else.

Thanks for all of your prayers! I spoke with my boss first thing this morning. He was not only very understanding, he even said that he’s done the same thing himself! He said that it was not that big of a deal and no long term damage was done.
