I finally choose a conformation Saint!

At first I thought I would choose St. Therese (little flower) but I didn’t really feel a connection with her…then recently I saw a movie about St. Rita and I knew at that moment that she was going to be my conformation saint! I loved the fact that she was a wife and mother like me, and she also had in-law issues like me:thumbsup: But what I really likes was how she still loved all the people who hurt her the most. She is such an awesome example of Christ and I will try my hardest every day to imitate her!🙂

St. Rita is a great saint. I like her too. She also had a thorn prick on her forehead - I guess a type of stigmata.

I like St. Rita b/c she was so strong and willful. She did what was right even when all seemed hopeless around her.

I also read up on St. Gianna Beretta Molla…wow…she was also an amazing mother!!! You should read up on her also if you haven’t yet.
